About This Position |
| The Campus Campaign Manager, in collaboration with Big Leap staff, will
develop and execute a detailed strategic plan aimed at inspiring students
to apply for the annual recruitment drives for blue-chip companies
commencing from the New Year 2008. As part of this he/She would be the
ambassador for Big Leap in that Campus/Region. |

The average time commitment is approximately 3 - 5 hours per week but may
vary throughout the recruitment season.
Responsibilities may include:
|

- Identifying and reaching out to students on campus, especially those in
our target groups.
|
- Networking with Institutional heads, Placement Officers and student
organizations to ensure success for our recruitment events.
|
|
| Scheduling high-impact meetings and events |
| |
- Executing a high-visibility publicity campaign inside campuses and all
strategic locations to ensure huge participation for our events.
|
- Maintaing a strong presence on campus Including hanging posters,
distributing flyers in high-traffic areas, executing effective e-mail
campaigns, and securing media coverage in campus Publications, on
websites, and all strategic student hang outs in campus.
