Established in 2000, as a successful independent HR Services Company, BigLeap Solutions (P) Ltd is ideally qualified to offer its clients the best possible solutions in fulfilling their manpower needs. We provide services such as pre-employment screening, head hunting, international recruitment, pay roll administration, employee relations, training, consultancy and other recruitment related services for employers nationwide. Our approach is effective and innovative.

Within company recruitment, the short listing process is complex. Each week we receive some 200 CVs from across the country, which are screened by our fully trained consultants to see if the candidates have the ability and skills that our clients have come to expect from us.

Our presence all over South India, especially Kerala enable us to mobilize resources internally to process huge volume responses, manage selection of required personnel, including the management of administrative details and logistics with in definite time schedules with significant cost savings. The company has already earned accolades from both Indian and multinational companies such as Accenture, Siemens, Oracle, Infosys, Satyam, ICICI OneSource, etc. for its professional ethics and performance capabilities in the area of training and assessment of candidates from all over India. Vast clientele and state-of-the-art training facilities both in the fields of management and information technology makes us a pioneer in the development of careers in this region. We also have an alliance with leading neutral competitive assessment company Merit Trac to evaluate our candidates in terms of technical skills and aptitude. Structurally the company is organized into 3 divisions: IT & Software division, Management division and Placement & Consultancy division.

Our IT & Software division is primarily designed to enhance the levels of research and  Training  in the knowledge base that is relevant to academic proficiency by stimulating collaborative research and development projects. Over the years we have conducted several IT exclusive career campaigns where we were able to ensure that the qualified candidates always met the quality companies.

Over the years our Management division has contributed significantly in expanding our database (over 1.4 lakhs as of now) and meeting the client requirements by providing clearly focused, in-house and industry-oriented training, covering the wide spectrum of skill-sets sought after by employers.
