In the past 5 years Bigleap has conducted about 30 placement campaigns all across south India where we were able to bring together leading multinational and Indian companies in the IT, ITES, and non-IT sectors. A striking aspect of these events had been the continual and repeated participation of our major clients like Siemens, Accenture, Progeon, and Allianz Cornhill, which comes as a direct reminder of the quality of the services that we were able to provide them time and again.
Taking BigLeap's credentials and vast clientele in to consideration, the Govt. of Kerala in April 2005 decided to sign an MOU with BigLeap to partner us in their Employability Enhancement Program, which was conceived to bring down the sky rocketing unemployment figures in the state.
With in the past 5 years we had been able to position ourselves as a leading and reliable player in the field of HR Services in Kerala and we are fast extending our sphere of influence in to other states as well. We are working to develop local business relationships with news media, Chambers of Commerce, localized recruitment firms, and business organizations so as to enhance the reach and success of our recruiting events. |
