This project deals with the authentication procedures using a telephone. The main advantage of the project is that a user can control the system dependant programs as well as the devices connected over the system from a remote location. The applications as well as the device control have specific commands for their operation. A user has to �make a call� to the line in which the system is connected. Then he will be getting some voice responses which guide the user accordingly to his need. The main help of the concept is that if u are a system admin and u need to log in to your system and run certain specific programs in your industry, you can do it from your home or even from any location in the world through your mobile.

In an industry there are so many processes running simultaneously. So each process has its own variables called process variables and is to be monitored. In some cases we needs continues monitoring of some process variables such as pressure, temperature etc. so in our project we take one of the process variable and plot its graph against time. The data from the process is taken by a micro controller based board and after signal conditioning it is sends to the system. The front-end software plots the graph and stores the parameters in the system. The front-end software is also capable of plotting the graph for a mathematical function.
